Terms of Use

Elementa is in active development. Features may change, and we can't guarantee the service is always available or bug-free. If something breaks, tell us — see contact details below — and we'll fix it as fast as we can.

Use accurate information when you register. Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for activity under your account. One account per person, please.

Guests and free accounts can use a limited number of labs per day. Paid passes (student, teacher, or through a school) remove that limit, as described on the billing page. Schools with an active licence cover their enrolled students automatically — no separate payment needed.

Paid passes are one-time payments for a fixed period (a month or a term) — no auto-renewal, no surprise charges. Payments are processed by Paystack. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us — refund requests are handled case by case during the pilot phase.

Use Elementa for learning. Don't try to break, scrape, or abuse the platform, impersonate someone else, or share your account so others avoid paying. We can suspend accounts that do.

If you create a class, you're responsible for who you let join with your class code and for following your own school's policies on classroom tools and student data.

Elementa is provided "as is" during this pilot phase, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service. We're a small, actively-developed product — treat it accordingly.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.

We may update these terms as the product grows. We'll update the date at the top when we do.
