Guided
Put one drop of water in the middle of the slide
Lift the lid of the dish, tilted away from your face
With the mounted needle, lift a little of the black mould from the bread
Put the mould in the drop on the slide
Put the lid back on the dish
Tease the threads apart gently in the drop with the needles
Rest one edge of the coverslip in the drop
Hold the needle to lower the coverslip slowly
The slide is prepared. Continue when you are ready to examine it.
