Take a pin from the box and pin the left fore limb to the wax
Pin the right fore limb
Pin the left hind limb
Pin the right hind limb
Lift the skin at the groin with the forceps, so the blade will not touch the organs
Pick up the scalpel and cut the skin up the midline, from the groin to the neck
Cut the skin across at the top
Cut the skin across at the bottom
Fold the skin back and pin the top-left corner
Pin the top-right corner
Pin the bottom-left corner
Pin the bottom-right corner
Lift the body wall with the forceps
Cut the body wall up the midline, to the ribs
Cut through the ribs on the left side
Cut through the ribs on the right side
Lift the rib cage away with the forceps
Move the intestines aside with the seeker to find the kidneys
Label the organs where they lie
