Guided
Push the cork borer into the beetroot to take out a cylinder
Cut the cylinder into four discs of the same thickness
Put the discs in the beaker of water to rinse off the pigment from cut cells
Choose a temperature
With the forceps, put one disc into the tube in the water bath
Leave it thirty minutes
Lift the tube out and hold it against the white paper
Hold the tube against white paper and match its colour on the card
Choose the next temperature
